P.A.T.H.

Five and a half years ago our church joined forces with Bridge Communities, a local non-profit organization, in order to address the basic issues of homelessness in DuPage County with hands-on care and support. In addition to transitional housing, our church provides each family with 2 mentors to help them through the 2-year program with the goal of achieving self-sufficiency. We are happy to report that family #3 has just ‘graduated’ and moved into their own apartment as of last month. Our 4th family joined us last August.  Ministry costs total over $18,000 per year. These costs are addressed by a variety of fundraising efforts and direct donations received throughout the year.
